We do not use standard price lists because every project is unique. To provide an accurate and fair cost estimate, we offer a free on-site visit, assess the scope and complexity of the work, and prepare a personalized proposal.

To prepare a free quote for a full/partial renovation, we kindly ask you to provide:

​

• an architectural floor plan

OR

• a hand-drawn layout and a list of planned works.

If the works are not essential and you simply want to know the “approximate cost of an idea” please contact architects or designers.

We Do Not Avoid Small Jobs

 

We are happy to take on also small or additional tasks, which we can schedule between our main projects.

 

Small, service, or additional works are billed at an hourly rate of €45.

All prices are for labor only and do not include taxes, materials, or other additional costs.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
